Beauty and Soul: A Mini Retreat with Namastate of Mind
The holidays are coming. Before they sweep you up, take an afternoon that’s fully yours.
You don’t need to book a flight or take a week off to feel restored. Beauty & Soul is a three-hour mini retreat for body and spirit, designed for women who give a lot and rarely take time back. Here, you don’t have to manage anything. You just get to receive.
Bring your besties or come solo. Book with friends for a shared afternoon of restoration or come on your own. Either way, you’ll be in good company.
Your retreat
Breath. We begin together with a guided breathwork journey. Breathwork works directly on your nervous system, helping your body shift out of go-mode and into rest. You’ll feel lighter, clearer, and calmer, which is the perfect way to open your afternoon.
Body. In pairs, you’ll rotate through a mini massage, your choice of dry needling or cupping (generously sponsored by Revolution Therapy, and red light therapy. Each session is 10 minutes with a skilled practitioner.
Movement. Restorative, gentle movement helps your body soften, open, and settle into everything it’s received.
Community. Tea and conversation flow throughout the afternoon, so you’ll connect with women who value real rest as much as you do.

This mini retreat is led by Lisa of Namaste of Mind in partnership with Chrissy of Kaivalya Movement.

She’s a certified functional health coach, a yoga, Pilates, breath, and meditation teacher, and a crystal bowl sound practitioner. She’s also a CPA and change management consultant, and a mom to five boys.
Chrissy spent nearly two decades in corporate leadership before burnout led her to two years in Asia, where she went deeper into philosophy, spirituality, and solitude. A certified breathwork facilitator and Kundalini teacher, she founded Kaivalya Movement to help high-achieving women find real reprieve.
Good to know
What to wear: Something comfortable you can move and lie down in. Massage can be done over your clothes. For dry needling and cupping, a tank top or sports bra works best.
Your choice, always: Dry needling and cupping are optional, so choose what feels right on the day.
Breathwork: Breathwork is safe for most people, but it’s a powerful practice. Take a moment to read the health notes below before booking.
