Event Description:
Join Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum for an Information Session to learn more about our Food Sustainability Leadership Training! This 8 week training is a part of the Chicago Conservation Corps (C3). Through C3, the Nature Museum provides training, funding, workshops, and volunteer opportunities that remove barriers to sustainability action for individuals and communities.

To participate in the training course, you must be an adult (18+) resident of the Chicago region, attend one of these information sessions, and submit an application for the training.
Information Sessions will take place:
Thursday, September 10 at 6:00pm
Online via Zoom:
Tuesday, September 8 at 12:00pm
Tuesday, September 15 at 6:00pm
Friday, September 18 at 12:00pm
In person at The Nature Museum
Prior to the info sessions, registrants will receive an email containing zoom links and / or directions to The Nature Museum.
After September 8, a recording of a session will be available to view. Email c3@naturemuseum.org to request a recording.
The Fall 2026 C3 Food Sustainability Leadership Training will take place online via zoom on Tuesday evenings, 6:00pm - 8:00pm, from September 29 - November 17. Applications to join this fall's cohort are due Tuesday, September 22.
