Dia de los Muertos Sound Healing with Namastate of Mind
A reverent, heart‑opening evening honoring ancestors, memory, and the continuity of life.
Step into a softly lit, marigold‑inspired sanctuary as we gather for a Día de los Muertos–themed sound healing ceremony. This offering blends the symbolic elements of the holiday—cempasúchil (marigold) energy, candlelight, remembrance, and vibrant color—with the deeply restorative vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and grounding instruments.
Participants are invited to bring a photo, name, or memory of a loved one to place on a communal altar space. Together, we’ll move through gentle breathwork, guided reflection, and a long immersive sound bath designed to support connection, release, and celebration of those who came before us.
This ceremony is not a recreation of traditional rituals, but a respectful, inspired offering that honors the spirit of Día de los Muertos through mindfulness, sound, and shared intention.
You’ll leave feeling centered, softened, and held by the resonance of community and memory.
